[quote=GrayKittenLove]News like this always makes me giggle. Who cares how much gas is at the time of the election? And who cares if they really do bring out Bin Laden’s body, it all boils down to do you like the way Bush has run the country during the entire four years he's been in office. If so vote for him, if not vote against him. I find it a little hard to believe that lower gas prices are going to buy an election if that's not the way it would sway anyway. Now Bin Laden might win New York.
And it is really such a shock that this kind of maneuvering is coming out of the White House? The name of the game in staying in office you know no matter what the party and if people are going to be pushed in one direction or the other by oil prices you bet their going to try and shift it in their direction.
And I don't blame Saudi, I wouldn't care who the president was either if all I was worried about was selling oil. Cause let's face it no matter who wins the election they'll still be selling us oil.
Graykitten, I agree with you about how people think before and about an election...but as to winning NY...as we say in NY Fagetabouit!
As a born and raised New Yorker, believe me, that ain't gonna happen! And if it ever did...I'm really moving to Canada! Would you have me guys???
