I Made it...I Made it....I Made it

I made it through another Tax Season Even though I have a UTI and worked on the 15th with a high fever, bad enough to make the contacts crispy and the lips dry and crack. I took off half a day today and then I have the whole blessed weekend to do what ever I want too.... Gee that is something I haven't done in 2 months.

My boss gave me an AWESOME bonus today That was DA BOMB! It made all of the long hours and working on Saturdays and Sundays all worth it Time to goooooooo Shoppppppping!

Bonus, thats the best. I have a friend who spent the entire month working her butt off auditing this company with another colleage. Don't think she got a bonus. But her accounting firm wass paid a million dollars for the job. One of the reason why she left the big 4 (or 5 sorry cannot remember)

You know I have been saying that same thing...Why leave the taxes until last? I know a lot of my clients want to wait because they owe they owe so off to work they go....opps sorry Lost if there for a minute. I can understand that but what kills me is the people that bring their stuff in on the 14th and its a complicated tax return and want it done by the 15th I just want to tell them AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN but I have to be nice or I want have a client to fuss at

I am taking your advice and have scheduled myself the works for next Friday. I can't wait

YES! Definitely take in a spa...ooooh I can just imagine... even if you don't think you need it, you will be surprised how much you find that you DID need it!

I personally never understood the whole April thing. Why isn't it Jan - Dec? I guess it would interfere with Christmas???
