Can someone help me do this....?

I have a pic of Zack and I at my mom's wedding and my aunt wants me to make her a copy and put it in a beautiful frame for her birthday..(but her birthday was March 27...just a tad late--eek!) Can someone crop out the "junk" around it for me? Please let me know if you can help me out with this--I would really appreciate it!!!

If I was at home I'd do it for you in a heartbeat, but I don't have any software on this

I would also be willing to assist you, but I only have the good software at home to fix photos. I'm on my lunch hour at the moment.

If you need help, I've got photoshop open at this very moment. I've been spending my morning cropping and sizing some photos of my parent's visit this past February. Just let me know what you need!
