Rosie's new stepsister Sophie should be ready to leave her mum in the next week or two, but i have another couple of questions i need help on?.

Do i give Sophie a new bed to curl up on or will i just show her Rosies as it's big enough?.

Rosie(now 2 yrs old)got her first collar at the beginning of this year. At what age is it ok to put one on Sophie?. The collars i have are the ones that snap open easily.

Thanks . Im getting soooooo excited now!!

Bet you really are excited about bringing your new baby home!! Great idea to think ahead! I would thing that Sophie would like to have her very own special bed just as Rosie may not care to share her bed with Sophie. I don't know how young is too young, But I've found that if I don't start a kitty wearing a collar when she's a kitten, she adamently refuses to wear it when she gets older! I agree you're doing the best thing with the break away collar!

I bought Dori's first collar at about 4 months or so. It was still too big for her little neck but by about 6 or 7 months she wore it all the time. She seems to like her collars. I even get her special ones for holidays. When I take it off for any reason she gives me a crazy look, maybe she feels naked
and then when I put it back on she extends her neck out for me.

Two beds sounds best, if they do decide to share you can always put the other bed in a different room (incase they decide they need the space) I bet you're so excited!!! Lots of pictures please!
