Two boys recently neutered

Hi everyone. I have just adopted two boys (the first time I have owned boys). They were originally intended to be used as studs by a breeder and she had them neutered before we collected them (about 1.5 weeks ago). Their urine is very pungent and they are still very frisky. Can anyone advise how long it takes for these things to settle down?

It can take a while but if you are concerned no harm can be done by having them checked out. Better to error on the side of safety.

It can take a month or two for hormones to fade out. so bear with it & the boys will be frisky but less pungent soon
