To make things official...
My name is Jessica, and I am the proud sponsor of two wonderful kitties.. (at this time)
Here is their story...
Once upon a time in Sept of 1998, I was called to a county golf course to pick up two kittens that were abandoned in a cardboard box. Assumingly, I thought the kittens were of age to be given away, but alas, they were not. They were barely two weeks old... their eyes had just begun to open, so I rushed them home, gave them both baths (they were covered in fleas and dirt!), and made some bottles of KMR for them. My mom & I were sure that they would not last the night, they seemed so sickly... but I woke up every 4 hours like clockwork to feed & potty them. I took them EVERYWHERE... they had their own covered picnic basket that I toted them around in. They even received a college education, and have great work ethic.
Soon, they were old enough for me to leave at home (after I box trained and taught how to eat solid foods). I left them in the care of my other two cats, to show them the kitty ropes, and lucky for me, the other two did take to them, all right.
Now, the older kitties live with my mom, and my two babies are living with my boyfriend and I in our apartment...
