question about moving kittens

hi, my cat had kittens a little over 2 weeks ago and i was wondering how long you should wait before you can move the cats. she had the kittens in a wooden wardrobe and there isnt a lot of room and they need to be moved.

Depending on how comfortable mom feels about it, you can try and move them to a safe and larger location. I would make sure you have something else to put her and her kittens in such as a large tupperware container. If she's not comfortable with the move, she will take them back to where they were, and in that case, when the kittens are old enough, they will get out on their own.

After my cat had her litter, we moved her and the kittens almost immediately. As long as she feels safe, she will stay in the new area.
