My mother is a guidance counselor in a Elementary/Middle School in this area. Now, we just heard that the principal's husband had picked up the phone in his home and (without dialing) was hearing clear as a bell the conversations in the phone of the principal's office at the school. The detail is that the Social worker has had experiences of using the phone of her office (a totally different number) and having similar cases.
This sounds eerily of somebody bugging the lines of that school. There is one detail: In Puerto Rico such a thing is not illegal; it's unconstitutional. Not even the police can do it and it's not admissible for court evidence of ANY trial (except federal ones). That means the only entity who can do that legally here would be the FBI.
The corruption in PR is spectacular, specially during the anexionist government of 1992-2000. There are more people sitting in the federal penitenciary for crimes such as extorsion, deviation of funds, bribery, and such than for violent crimes. Ranging from petty cases to the secretary of education and the speaker of the house. That principal was named with a series of positions that were done by the anexionists in the mid 1990s. Oddly enough, everyone named was a fervent anexionist. And the Social Worker does not have the Master's degree nescesary for that position (only Bachelor's) and doesn't even have the average of graduation nescesary for the license. There have also been a few strange cases of money in that school that's missing and students/teachers listed that don't appear ever (It has sometimes been used elsewhere in order to collect for your own purposes the paychecks and funds assigned for those phantom students/teachers).
We are independentists and my mother even had trouble getting that position due to the whole constant scheming, so it's obvious we are not to worry, but still, It's eery. Could it be that the feds are doing another investigation here?
