Aww, they're so cute! In the US we would call the pointed one a Himalayan, but in some other places points are just considered another color of Persian. The little orange guy doesn't have the flat face that show-quality Persians are expected to have, but that's fairly common in pet-quality Persians.

The kittens look like they have significant Persian background, but the only way to know for sure that a cat is purebred is to get them from a respected breeder who has their cats registered with the proper purebred cat organizations in that country. In the US, CFA and TICA are the best-recognized registries. So if you're paying purebred prices, and it's important to you to get a purebred, make sure they're registered.

Both look to have Persian in the linage. The pointed one is considered a colorpoint, which is a color class of Persians in the Cat Fanciers Association (they have 7 color classes for Persians), but in TICA it is a distinct breed, the Himalayan. Both are beautiful. While it is sometimes difficult to determine pet vs show quality  in a photo, both kittens appear to be pet quality but they are just as loveable and valuable as a national winning cat!
