The House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee is now considering H. 104, a bill to prohibit public shelters from using firearms to kill domestic animals, including dogs. Please make your voice heard--visit the ASPCA Advocacy Center today, where you can send a letter to your representative on the committee, urging him or her to support this important legislation. Please note: Even if you participated in this legislative alert when it was first posted, please do so again, as the bill has changed committees.
