OH OH OH I am so happy right now. My mom instant messaged me this morning asking if I want to move to Colorado, OF COURSE I do, it snows there! Well, her company Agilent Technologies has another agilent site in Fort Collins Colorado and they are hiring. She is sending in her resume (she has done this type of job for almost 16 years). She can't stay here at this site because her boss really dislikes her and treats her horribly because my mom won't kiss her ***! SO...we need lots of get the job vibes for my mom, if she got this job we could live in a nicer home at a smaller price, she may even be getting a pay raise, AND she will be getting respect!

I really hope she gets the job, I would love to move there! But right now it is just a dream!

EDIT: I told my mom that I am asking this of you guys, and she said ask them to send double vibes, to make it better. And to send vibes to make my grandparents happy for her (that would never happen, but I have seen miracles on here!
)

Thank you everyone! Yes Kiwideus, we are very close, practically best friends (I have heard that is weird for a 17 year old and her mom, but I wouldn't have it any other way).

I don't think it is weird, I think it is wonderful. There are so few people who have great relationships like yours.

Sending lots of good vibes to you both!

I grew up in Ft. Collins, or Ft. Fun as we used to call it. It's a nice town. Yeah, town....it's grown so much since I lived there, so it's a "town" compared to Denver. The home prices are definitely MUCH better there than in California, and if/when you start looking for homes, you may want to consider Loveland or even Windsor. The prices are MUCH less than Ft. Collins since CSU is in Ft. Collins. Loveland is just about 7 miles south and Windsor about 8-10 miles east. Of course, that all depends on where your mother's office is located, too.
If you have any questions about the town, let me know.

Thank you everyone. My mom recieved a thank you letter and it explained more about the job, she might know by next week but who knows. This company seems very nice (even though it is the same exact one, we never utilized these options) they would most likely ship our dogs since they are 90 and 100 pounds (no 17 hour car trip for them if we go) they would also ship the cats but I am very un-trusting of shipping cats, would this be best? I would just think it would traumatize them.They would also ship all our stuff after we box it up. Also, if she gets it, we might not be able to take Gizmo, the 14 year old kitty. She is somewhat frail, and I don't know how she could take it. I would feel bad giving her up, but I feel it would be better for her.
What does everyone think?

Yes it is very exciting, only if she gets it. She found out that they posted the job externally so that means more people know about it, which means less of a chance of getting it. So right now we are just hoping as much as possible that they will call her for an interview.

Do you think I would be doing the right thing by giving up Gizmo? She is old (14) and has been through a lot, I think she needs a lot better home then we have, since we do have other cats and she doesn't seem to like them. She was attacked by a dog as a kitten, when I was about 4 years old, so her jaw was broken and she is missing many teeth. She can still eat, and is not in pain. We have thought about this twice already, I just want to know that if it happens it would be the right thing to do. Any opinions?

PS: mom said she needs triple vibes now, lol. She is at work on a saturday! And she isn't even getting paid for it....
