So i fostered a pregnant cat, her kittens are now about 6 weeks, and i am trying to get them used to the litter.
Most cats that i had understood immediatly what the litter was for, but these kittens EAT IT, so i can not even let them alone with the litter. They have all kinds of food in their bowls and they still suckle from mom, so they are not hungry.
Can someone please give me some advices on litter training?

Litter training can sometimes take a couple of weeks. You need to use non-clumping litter in case they do ingest some.

Try putting the kittens in the box both before and after meals, and take a little paw and show them how to "dig".

I put doggie pee pads around my box for kittens who go outside the box. Put any poop outside the box into the box so they smell it and know it belongs there.

Usually once one or two kittens catch on the rest will copy.
