P/s: I'm guessing he's a domestic shorthair?
Yes, he is domestic shorthair,  a mackerel tabby - probably broken mackerel tabby.   On my monitor he seems bluish,  also the stripes are blueish not black -  so I will call him for a blue broken mackerel tabby

momma is interesting.  She is apparently a Point of some sort.  But not the usual "siamese-mix".   Here we do have a burmese Point - the question is if she is burmese Point alone, or a combo of burmese and siamese Point....   For the moment, I will call her for a burmese Point.    She isnt not purebred, doesnt looks in body or face as any purebred burmese.  but the coloration is fairly correct for a typical Brown burmese.   So she too is a domestic shorthair, but with the burmese Point coloration.

all kittens are tabbies, some with White spot (may be called for tabby tuxedo).  So daddy was the tabby here, ie tabby with White.

both tabby and White spot genes are dominant, so they show as soon as the bearer does carry the gene.  While the Point genes are recessive, they must double up to show.   So all the kittens do carry the Point gene, but none shows - because daddy didnt carry no Point gene.

The interesting twist is, although the burmese and siamese Point genes are different, but in such occasions they do help each other, and double up if both are present.  The result is a whitish born kittens, whom quickly darkens up, become darkish in the body already as a teenager kitten, much quicker than even  seal Lynx Point of the siamese type.  (ie a siamese Point whom carries black Point and tabby - these do darken up fairly quickly, Before they are senior Citizens).   These combo kittens may have bluish Eyes, but not necessarily - the burmese Point gene sint connected with blue Eyes.   But if the Eyes are bluish, we know its almost surely a point combo.

We have precisely the same impression, Stefan.  Her body colouration when compared with her pointing suggests Tonkinese, or a cat very closely approximating a Tonkinese.
