Ok, I've tried it all since September when I brought this little one in. The couch is just her favorite thing to scratch and I can't stop it. I've tried sticky strips. Squirting her with water gun, physically moving her to her scratching posts, bought multiple other things for her to scratch, tried a feliway diffuser.... the couch is just her favorite. Now it's all pulled in certain areas and I think I'm just going to get a couch cover. But I'd still like to try once more to stop the scratching so the cover doesn't meet the same fate...

Any last ditch ideas?

I gave up long ago.  My vet, who's also a close Friend, invented The Mayonnaise Method years ago.  Each time one of his cats scratches the sofa, he puts a dollar in an empty mayonnaise jar.  When the jar is filled, he buys a new sofa.

LOL, that's a great idea!
I gave up with Neely too.  Unfortunately she destroyed our family room sofa and a set of Queen Anne chairs in the living room.  However, we didn't notice the chairs right away because she was scratching them from underneath.  Of course, one day when we had company over is when we noticed the chairs.
