I'm looking for recommendations for a good spray I can use to keep my cat from scratching up my tall speakers. She's about 7 months old and has been doing this most of her little life.

Well, I was going to suggest double-sided tape (worked wonders for my cats) but then read this was for speakers. The tape would probably distort the sound. I know there are deterrent sprays, but have never used them except the Feliway one for marking. I hope you find your answer!

I personally don't believe in using sprays.  It might help to have several different type of scratching posts, e.g. vertical and horizontal.
Here is a good TCS article for reference:

Yes!!!! I forgot about that. I have several different types of scratchers around my house and my cats are quite happy having all of these options. Thanks, Neely!!! Cardboard is my 3 cats' favorite, especially with a little catnip sprinkled on it.

Personally, sprays do not work for me or my cats and I do not like the sprays, too many chemicals:( but the double sided tape definitely did work. They won't like their paws getting stuck so after the first few times of trying they'll stop :) good luck!
