Raw and raw meaty bones

I picked up a new brand of raw for my 6 month old kitty today. I'm fairly new to the whole raw thing, but have decided to rotate proteins as well as brands.
I picked up Red Dog Blue Kat today. And upon further research (after getting home) realised one of the 2 proteins I bought, does not contain bone...
Fortunately,I also picked up some frozen chicken necks!
So to get to my question... if I rotate chicken and the venison (alternating each day) on the days she's fed venison, if I give her a chicken neck, would this help balance out the lack of bone in the venison formula?

It's hard to say.  It's based on a percentage.  You need to feed at least 10% bone or calcium.  You'd need to figure out how much bone is actually in the chicken neck vs how much meat you are feeding.  I don't, personally know how to figure that out.

Do you have a kitchen scale?  It's been a long time since I bought chicken necks and I don't remember the average weight of a chicken neck.

I set up a spreadsheet for you where you plug in the weight of the chicken neck.  The weight of the chicken neck in this chart is wrong because as mentioned I don't remember what chicken necks weigh.  Chicken necks without skin are 75% bone.  Chicken necks with skin are 36% bone.  (Those bone percentages are correct.)

If a skinless chicken neck weighs 2.7 oz (and I've already said that number is a total guess), then you would want to add one chicken neck to every pound (16 ounces) of venison to get 10.83% bone.  One chicken neck every other day will be too much bone.

If someone can weigh a few chicken necks and provide the average weight, I can plug the right number in and post a more accurate sheet.  Again, the numbers in BOLD are wrong...just showing how to set up the ratio calculations for example.
