Does anybody know how to make raised pot pie noodles? I'm talking about making up a dough (or it could be a batter) that you let rise overnight, then use to roll out and cut for pot pie noodles. I make regular pot pie all the time, but my BIL is looking for a pot pie noodle dough that, evidently, is raised. And now I'm curious.

I googled for "raised pot pie" and "raised pot pie noodles" but only got recipes for chicken pies and this is not the same thing.

I'm thinking it's probably a PA Dutch thing.

Thanks.

Thanks, but I don't think so. My understanding is that the dough is made with yeast and rises overnight in the fridge.

I'm tempted to try my standard recipe, but let it rise for a couple of hours and see what that does. I'm really intrigued and would like to try this.

Thank you, Karen.
