He is probably a domestic medium hair,  a point - probably mink point  (ie the point color is dark, but not black).

He is a decent look alike of a ragdoll.

Welcome to TCS.  Without registry papers or DNA markers, we cannot know your cat's lineage.  That being said, this lovely kitten looks, for all the world, like a traditional Chocolate Point Himalayan of the 1960s and 1970s.  Modern day Himalayans have been made part and parcel to the same brachycephalic mutation which gave rise to the modern Persian, and from those same bloodlines, and in fact, in 1984, the CFA merged the Himalayan breed into a subcategory inder the Persian category, completely revamping the Breed Standard at that time.  The traditional Himalayan - like the traditional Persian -  lacks the extreme features, and is, in several ways, a healthier, more robust cat.  Your kitten might be a traditional Persian by Chocolate Point Siamese cross, or perhaps even a true old style Himalayan.

I didn't see his foot poking out from under him at first... Birmans have white "gloves" instead of color pointed feet, so I agree with 1CatOverTheLine that he looks like an old style Himalayan.

I was working on my response and posted righ after you wrote this... I was aware that Birmans have white gloves, but I didn't notice at first that his foot peeping out from under him.
Abyeb - I really posted that for the Original Poster's perusal; I'm aware that you know a Birman from an Himmie.

;)
