Hello, if anyone could help me I would appreciate it! It's really urgent! My cat got diagonised with amnesia today. He really needs a blood transfusion. Does anyone know anywhere in medway that does blood transfusions for cats???

I think you mean anemia? Can you let us know which country you are in (there are a couple different Medways and this is an international site)?
Those two aside, if your vet is recommending a transfusion they should know places where you can get one for your cat. Unless you are looking for a lower cost option; in which case if a transfusion is needed you would need to get it soon. If the vet didn't recommend transfusion and you read about it online then you should know that a transfusion is only for extreme cases. In most cases once you treat the cause of the anemia and provide some increase nutrition to up the iron content they usually recover without it. I personally have anemia and take a daily iron supplement to keep my iron level right.
Has your vet identified the cause of the anemia? There are several different things that can cause it but usually anemia is a symptom of something else and not a cause in and of itself. If your vet is not being helpful in figuring out the cause or places you can get treatment I would strongly urge you to call around and find a different vet for a second opinion and more communication for treatment and prevention of a reoccurrence.
