I got Vada spayed earlier today and when I got home I noticed she had watery eyes which is abnormal for her. Has anyone else had this? Is this something that just happens after surgery?

It could just be a reaction to the surgery. I would give it 24 hours as long as you aren't seeing any redness, fogging or a discharge. If you see any of those it is a sign of something more serious and you should see a vet.

If it stops watering within 24 hours then it is nothing to worry about and just a watery eye. Could be from surgery, could be just something at the vet got in her eye, could be just a watery eye. If t is still watery (no other signs) after a day or two I would still take her in just to be on the safe side and make sure it isn't something. I tend for the better safe then sorry side of things.
