I have two 12  week old kittens a brother and sister that I adopted a month and a half ago from a shelter, and they are doing very well,

however, I noticed the male has periodlic clear discharge from one of his eyes... they were at the vet two weeks ago for boosters, and the vet said it was nothing to worry about and he didn't think it  was upper respiratory as he has no other symptoms.. they are very healthy, eating well, both wet and a tiny bit of dry food, and pooping well, but today I noticed again this clear discharge out of his eye.. almost like he is crying? we are going back to the vet for the second round of boosters on April 7th, do I need to be concerned about this before hand?? it turned a little crusty when I wiped his eye, but other than that its only been clear discharge..

It's very possible that he has Feline Herpes, as it's fairly common.  If that's the case, at least it sounds like it's pretty mild, which is good.  His sister is not showing any signs of sneezing, watery eyes?  Herpes IS contagious to other cats, so this would be a concern, if it IS herpes.
