Rescue kitty , what breed is she ?

Its a point, prob seal point (black point), a nice look alike of siamese old type.  Nowadays called for Thai.  But the breed is most probably domestic.  

If his hair will become longer when adult, the comparison will be Balinese, which are mediumhaired siameses.  Hair lengh may be difficult to predict on kittens.

Btw, pointed Russians has also such look, but its in part another story.
