Another easy question for you this Thursday




Back, Side or Stomach: Do you have a position you normally sleep in ?







I usually sleep on my right side

Almost exclusively on my left side.  Which is not the best, as I'm left handed and occasionally wake up with that arm asleep.

side sleeper and sometimes stomach sleeper.. It depends on which side, due to aches and pains...very restless sleeper..

Favourite is on the belly! A very close second is on the side, either side 

usually either of my sides, but quite often on my back too.

Back or side but it depends on if I have two cats on either side of me holding me in one position all night or just one which gives me more room to change positions.

As far back as I can remember it's always been my side.

Side and stomach.  I start on my right side, then roll to my left before falling asleep.  I feel stiff if I sleep in the same position for too long.  At some point I find myself on my belly.  I think mostly I'm somewhere between my side and belly curled up a bit.  I missed stomach sleeping so much when I was pregnant with my kids.  (I might have woken up on my belly a few times...)  I appreciate it more now. 

Stomach or right side unless there is a cat taking up residence somewhere that would prohibit that. Then it's whatever. It was chilly in the house last night. Lily came to snuggle on the blankets. I slept on my back. 

Either side. if I'm on my left side (most of the time), then I'm curled up around Mollipop. Sometime during the night, she'll go up to my head and flop down there. I roll over to my right side and then I curl up around Muffin. Either way, I'm usually curled up around  one of the M & Ms. I seldomly sleep on my stomach or on my back.

I always start out on my left side, then turn to my right a little later. I prefer the right side, so have no idea why I start on on my left!

Whatever position hurts least at the time! Never on my stomach though - hurts my neck too much.

Exactly the same as you. I have arthritic hips so always moving position. Isn't getting older great[emoji]128520[/emoji]

That's what I do. I once read that people who sleep are their back are very confident. [emoji]128526[/emoji]

that's interesting!     i think i am a pretty confident person. although, i'm aware of my stronger areas, and those that aren't within the range of my knowledge.
