My kitty Simon

Hi everyone! This is my cat Simon. I found him in the middle of the highway when he was only a month and a half. He's almost a year old now, and very playful. He loves to play with string toys and his stuffed rabbit. He was ten pounds at the vet in December. Can anyone tell me what kind of cat you think he is?

Domestic shorthair, DSH.    Red in color, or red tabby if you want.  (all reds are tabbies).  

If you see the tail is bushy, it will make him into mediumhair, as I see his fur is rather long for a shorthair.

Very nice and pretty, and lucky he was found by you just minutes after he got dumped.
