Cat only has one kitten , it's been over 2 hours

This is mamas first litter , shes under a year old.
She gave birth to the first kitten at 6:01 its now 8:09 and no other ones have came. Should i be worried?

Apparently a cat can take many hours to deliver. Some kittens come quickly, others come slowly. She could even deliver tomorrow I am told. Probably no need to worry right now.

As long as mom is not in distress it's just a matter of waiting. As Primula said, it can be hours or days apart. Is the first kitten nursing well?

Pauses are common - hours or even days.  What we dont like to see, is a prolonged active labor without results.  If so, contact your vet asap, and be ready to rush in!

But if she is OK, no visible troubles, happily busying herself with the already born kitten, its "just" to wait and see.   Be observant, as it may be touchy, but be optimistic and calm.

Is this normal for pregnant cat nipples?
Only the these 2 look like this, the others are fine

One side is hard while the other is soft

It's because those are the nipples that her kitten is nursing, so those mammary glands are more engorged.
