So I just got my cat spayed about a week ago but her incision site doesn't look that good to me. Also she eating good about has regular bowel movements. She's also active and likes to play a lot so I have to keep her in her cage most of the day just because of how her incision is looking like. Should I head to the vet
These are some picture of what it looks like

It is really hard to tell from pics on the net. Last time someone posted pics it looked like a small wound and turned out to be an exploded abscess.
If i were you and i was concerned at all id take her back to the vet and ask their advice. Better to be safe than sorry. They probably wont even charge you as its a follow up.

It is hard for a layman to look at those pictures and tell if that is normal.  Can you email those pictures to your vet's office?  Hopefully your vet could look at them and tell you whether you should bring the cat in or if it looks normal.

My kitten was spayed at the county animal shelter two days before I got her.  Her scab was one thin line until it completely healed a few weeks later.  It does look like your cat's incision has opened up a little bit, but I don't know whether that is reason for tremendous concern or not.
