Ok, I will keep a close eye on her belly. No changes in her nipples. She will be a very spoiled girl!

Gary was a very handsome cat.  Nice pictures of him.

My 12.5 year old orange tabby has always liked to step outside for a bit.  He rolls around on the concrete patio or sidewalk.  Occasionally he'll ventured into the grass for a roll.  He's the only cat (or dog) who I have trusted 100% not to run away so I go outside with him for a few minutes without any restraint and let him enjoy a roll in the sunshine.  He keeps a close eye on me to make sure I'm not going to go inside and leave him out there alone (which I would not do).

I bought a kitten harness for the new feral because I'm 100% sure she would run away and I would never see her again.  I took her out for about 3 minutes.  She panicked.  It was a disaster.  Unless she shows some interest in going out, we're not doing that again.

We had great success with the leash today!! She really enjoyed her 30 minutes outside and hasn't asked to go back out since! It is getting quite stressful on the whole family trying to keep her and the dogs separate...b/c this means either myself or my husband has to be with her and the other with the dogs....Is there an area on here that would be better for me to post about that situation? As Miss Chloe isn't a stray anymore

It's time to try some slow introductions with the dogs so you can all be one big happy family :)

Oh, look at Miss Chloe sitting pretty in her harness enjoying the outing!  You're doing really great with her!

You're already way ahead of me with introducing the dog.  My Corgi and my new kitty have not ever seen each other and it's been more than 6 weeks.  Sounded like your first introduction went smoothly.

Hi AmandaG, you can start a new thread in 'The Cat's Meow' under the General Forums and share Chloe's story there.

After you've done that, you can post a link to the new thread here so that those who wants to follow your story when they come into this thread, they can click on the link and be directed to your new thread.

You can also start a Cat Page for her too. Cat Page is located on the red tab at the top of the page. So you can actually do both.

Chloe's sitting pretty with the leash!
