Let me start by saying I've got a vet appointment for tomorrow afternoon.

Over the last few weeks, Simba has thrown up a few times with no hairballs. He is prone to hairballs so I didn't think anything of it, and this may not be relevant.

Simba has also been sneezing a couple times and was wheezing last night. I'm not sure if the wheezing is hairball related.

Last night he MAY have had a fever. I don't have a thermometer but his ears were super hot, while my other cat's ears were cold. I have read this could be a sign of a fever, but I'm not sure.

A few nights ago one of the cats had diarrhea. His appetite is fine and his behavior hasn't changed, except maybe he's a bit more lovey than usual. But I thought that was because it's cold.

I told all of this to the vet and he wanted to see them. I don't know if it adds up to anything, or if I'm being over cautious. Also note that Simba's kidney numbers were "slightly elevated, nothing to freak out about but something to keep an eye on."

I just wanted to see if any of you have any ideas about this, or maybe just think it's nothing. It's time for a check up anyway. They are 7 years old.

Here's his BUN and CRE, I don't have a result for phosphorus. Is this a reason for concern?
BUN29  10 - 30mg/dL
CRE1.8  0.3 - 2.1mg/dL
