Help with very quiet kitten

My cat gave birth to 2 kittens in this january 1st of this year, the kittens are now 3 months old but now i have a problem, its that the one of the makes a lot of noise that fine with me 

but the other one has so low voice some times I am not even tho hear it

Are there any other visible trubles or problems?  Is the kitten playing,e ating, using litter, sociale, etc?    If so, its prob just a quiet cat.  They are individauls, no automatos.

Also, some kittens cant meow.  Or at least they dont meow people hears them.  We can see they do open their mouth, so propbalby  there is some subsonic going on.  But we dont hear it.  Its just with time they notice and learn they must change the frequency for us dumb humans to hear...

So was with my younger resident, for example.

A quiet kitten does not sound like a problem to me.
