Do you have access to a vet?  Phone and ask at least?  How is its temperature compared to the other kittens?   If it is viral, perhaps some L-lysine could help.  L-lysine is usually tried with older kittens and cats, but it shouldnt harm.   You can give it solved in a little water, with a dropper in the corner of the mouth,  one drop at a time.

It sounds as though your kitten may have an upper respiratory infection (URI). It's best to see the vet as she may need an antibiotic to clear it up.

She needs to see the vet asap for antibiotics. I hope it has not turned into pneumonia, but that's what it sounds like. That can be deadly in small kittens. Is it possible to get her in sooner? I believe this is an emergency!

You can put honey on her gums to perk her up, and hold her in your lap while sitting in a steamy bathroom with a hot shower running to create the steam. It will help to clear her passageways. Do this for 5-10 minutes every couple of hours. You can also run a vaporizer in the room the kitten is in.

You can also give her drops of clear pedialyte with a small syringe or dropper to bring up her blood sugar. If you have no pedialyte you can make it with water, and a sprinkle of salt and sugar. Do this every hour, but slowly and carefully one drop at a time.

Also, wipe the gunk from her eyes with a warm, damp cloth.

I hope she gets better.

I'd suspect a URI. She really should be in to see the vet ASAP, especially given her young age. Do you have an emergency vet or somewhere else where you could get an appointment now?
