On February 1st one of our cats had 2 male kittens and on the 13th our second cat had a litter of 5. Sadly we lost all but one from that litter. She will be a month old soon and is no where close to the size the 2 other kittens were at a month old. While they are growing in size like they should she is not. Mama cats are sisters who have always been extremely close and both litters have the same dad. Both mom and dad have no health issues and are normal sizes. I don't know if I should be worried about her or not as shesimple been nursing off both mama cats as well as hand feed to make sure she's getting enough, she plays and has been progressing like she normally would she just doesn't seem to be growing like normal.

It sounds as being small is her natural sizes.  Many females ARE petite, and also as adults are the size and looks as kittens.  You know surely about the stories with people whom took care of a homeless kitten, went to the vet for a check up, and the vet told them it was a two year old cat...

And I suppose, these petite females must have been kittens smaller than average...

I mean,  having a visibly small kitten, growing  much slower than halfsiblings, the usual problem is it eats too little.  The usual receipe is to handfeed it extra, even giving full  daily need.  Its usaully success stories.

But as she had eaten from both momma and got handfeed...   Btw, how much are you handffeeding??   Sometimes they get way too little supplement.  The caretaker tells I do supplement, but its really just a symbolic supplement...

What kmr do you use?

If you can get raw goats milk, its always a good alternative, both now and later on as a supplement.

Can you keep the dad away from your girls?  They can get pregnant again at any time now, even without going into heat.

Talkingpeanut dad has been fixed so we don't have any more kittens and both mothers will be fixed once they are able to be.

She is not a natural size kitten for her age. I have had multiple litters throughout my life and this is the first time I have ever ran into a kitten this small at the age she is. She is a week and a half younger then the boys and they are double the she size is. Mama cat isn'the a petite cat and niether is her aunt. We have another cat who's petite and she was even bigger at a month old then this kitten. We give her Kmr from petsmart and will eat close to 2 ounces at a time even after nursing from mom or aunt.

Dad was fixed 3 weeks ago and hasn't been around either mama cat unattended since the first litter was born on February 1st.

This seems to be a misspelling? Unless she is quite old kitten.  But OK, I get the picture.  If she eats what you consider as a big amount even AFTER she nursed momma and or aunt, it means, she doesnt gets much from the momma duo.  And thus,  YOU must take  full charrge of the feedings.  Giving her full  dosis.

She may also have worms, depriving her of part of the food.  She is old enough to be dewwormed with some mild dewormer.

The full dosis is 8ml / oz=30 grammes a day.  Say she is 300 grammes, gives 10x8 = 80 ml of kmr or goats milk during the day.  Say every two hours, as long as possilbe around the clock.  (you want probably sleep some during the night, so just one nightly).

And she may of course proceed to suckle on momma duo, its a pleasure if noting else.

KMR is a good brand, but if you can get raw goats milk, please consider it. it may be the edge.

Last and not least.  There happens now and then there are miniature cats, whom never reach full size, always being visibly  smaller than others.

Sometimes they make it into adulthood, and may live long good lives.   But quite often they do crash sometime during the kitten-period or early adolescence.  When some of their systems had got to the limits end beyond....  In such a case it goes downhill pretty fast.  Days or even hours....

You never know untill they are healthy adults.  Its just to fight on, hope and pray, being prepared the crash can come literally anytime.
