Hey I have a cat her name is Uggs, and i'm very worried about her, shes not sick or anything its just she seemed to be pregnant so long, she got pregnant Jan 9th-Jan 11th (the days i was taking care of a male cat [her spouse]) Anyways, She is now really big and round, nipples really swollen; haven't notice them drippin but they are crusty. She has been sleep ALOT and seems uncomfortable she rolls around alot trying to get comfy.

Shes also starting to worry me because this morning i woke up to her meowing for about 5mins, and she did it again this afternoon getting up out her sleep. I know they saod she'll have discharge i havent seen any of that yet, i have however seen brown stains in here vulva area.

Someone please help asap thank you!

It sounds as though her body is gearing up to go into labor soon. She's in her 8th week, based on your dates. She may have another week to go. Have you made a nest for her in a quiet, dim, private place?

You can apply olive or coconut oil to her nipples to prevent chapping.

Do you plan to spay her when this litter weans?

Not yet, she has how ever started nesting in a dresser I dont mind her using , ill put a comforter in there soon. But recently shes been really nice and weirdly affectionate.. More than usual. What does that mean?

Pregnancy hormones drive the maternal instincts in cats, making them exceedingly affectionate! Enjoy it! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
