My Cat had a Kitten 25 hours ago, and then ate most of it.  She had a fair amount of Blood on her hind legs and on top of the Bureau where she had the Kitten.  She hasn't had any more kittens yet, but has had some more Fluid around her Vaginal Area.  She appears to have Milk in her Teats, based on the firmness and swelling around each one.  She has been restless, and her Breathing seems to get a bit more rapid every few minutes or so.  Her Tummy feels firm higher up, but the lower part of her Tummy near her Vaginal Area is more Flabby.  She lets out a small cry every so often.  She doesn't want me to leave her alone at all, and if I leave the room she follows me.
I'm afraid to leave her alone to have the Babies in case she eats them.  I think she has at least one Baby in there still.
Is it normal for a Cat to just have one Baby?  I've had Cats have Litters before, and never had a Cat have less than two Kittens.
This is her first Litter, and she's 15 months old.  She's liking her Tummy Rubbed, and seems to be more content when the Father of the Baby is laying with her.
Can someone Please guide me in how to handle this situation?

I'm no expert unfortunately but I have had a cat before now who has delivered one kitten. If she wants to stay near you sounds she is looking for reassurance. I've also had a cat in who had 2 kittens on one day and a 3rd kitten 24 hrs later. I've never had a cat eat one of her babies so I really can't help you there. Hopefully one of the advisors will be able to best guide you. In the meantime I would stay close to her and give her the comfort she needs.

Have you neutered your male yet?

What color is the fluid you are seeing?

She could still be laboring or she could be having after pains. How is she now?

No, my Male isn't Neutered yet, but he's not distressing her in any way.  She's quite comfortable with him near her.  The last Fluid I saw was Clear / Opaque with a Small tinge of Blood.
She seems fairly calm.  She's in her Birthing Basket resting right now.  She has a 9 week old Kitten in there with her from another Litter, just Sleeping beside her.

I had a litter of only two once...I would place her back in the nesting area it should

be an isolated quiet place for her where she can feel safe and not disturbed.

I would keep any other cats AWAY from her and the litter especially the Dad to the kittens

if she likes him there or not sorry No other cats just the mom cat, you and newborns

with their needs...

If mom is comfortable with dad there and the visiting kitten I would leave her be. If she is not in distress you'll just need to wait this out. Cats can have just one kitten, and as mentioned, she may have another, or it could be after pains. Cats do spot blood for about a week after delivering while the uterus heals.

As for eating the kitten, most cats don't do that, but it does happen. Sometimes it's because the mom senses something is wrong with the kitten.

Keep a close eye on her. If she delivers more, try to supervise and get the kittens nursing. If you suspect she is hostile to them you'll need to remove the kittens and put them with another nursing queen, or hand raise them.

Would you like help finding a low cost spay / neuter clinic?

Your male may not be bothering your pregnant girl now, but she can get pregnant within a week of delivering without going into heat.  They'll need to be separated after she has the babies.

Do you have another cat who had kittens recently?

That would be very Helpful to find Low-Cost Spay / Neuter Programs.  Your help would be much appreciated.
Yes, I have another Cat who had a Litter almost 9 weeks ago.  She will also need Spayed.
I will keep you Updated on how she does over the next couple of Days.

Thank You Both so very much for your assistance and Advice.  :)

Can you tell us which city you leave closest to?  And can you keep your male away from your other female?

No, I'm afraid not.  She's still in the Birthing Basket, but has not had any more Kittens.

As long as you know she is not in active labor all of this time but unable to deliver, then she should be okay :)

If she is continuing in active then she is not able to deliver for some reason and will need to get to a vet asap.
