Is there any advisors available please
Whe did she escaped?  When had you began to notice the kittens moving?   Judging by pics is seldom easy, as its much individual, depending also, on how many kittens there are inside...

Hi she escaped on Jan 2nd she is a house cat and never goes out until she ran out the door and escaped she was taken to the vets as I noticed she looked bigger and was worried as she was only young the vet confirmed she was pregnant and roughly 3-4 kittens about 3 weeks ago we started feeling the kittens moving and able to visually see pebbles belly moving

Calculating from jan 2nd its near now,  during the coming week somewhere.   They are bor 2-3 weeks after you notice them moving.  It depends somewhat on how good you are to palpitate them, and to palpitate daily....

Has she dropped? ie suddenly seems less big?  If so, its very near; and the kittens coming into birthing positions.

If she wants and allows belly rubs, do so, it helps things going and is also a good massage.

What do u mean by palpitate them
Feel of her tummy with your fingers and yours hands - the base word is palpitation, to palpitate, its what the vet is doing...

Its nearing, but we cant know the exact hour.  The Waiting Game!  you know.   :)

Just to prepare yourself as well you can, and wait  patiently.

Yes, its a strong pattern.  We do sometimes see barn cats where the whole litter has this pattern as momma has.  Although she is no purebred, she is a common barncat...  So at least half of the kittens will look more or less similiar.  May wary, with just the cap and tail black, or harlequin spotted, or tuxedo black and white.

But not impossible everyone will be such a bicolor.

If she has red areas (which I missed) yes, she would be tortie and white.  Or  calico as her color areas are clearly edged.

But as I see on a quick glance, she is white with black areas: cape on the head, some splatches on her body, and black tail - which is called for a Harlequin pattern..

If she IS calico, the analysis will be partly different of course, although the girls will tend to have her coloration.

Does she has green eyes? many tortie has - not all, but quite a few.   I dont know why.
