I work at a veteran's home, which is on top of a large hill surrounded by ravines and small creeks leading into a large river at the front of the hill. With it being such a secluded area, so close to town and suburbia, there are often cats that have been abandoned and strays or ferals that make there way to our wooded acres. We all pool together to either catch-neuter-release, foster, or adopt the cats on the hill. Interestingly, we have an entire community of caught and released munchkins, that the patients enjoy feeding.
Anyways, back in August a young kitten was found, roughly 3 weeks old with no litter mates and no mother. It was assumed that it was dropped off and abandoned and I took it in. She is now roughly 8 months old and named Nugget.
A few weeks ago, I noticed she had a few crooked teeth on her right side. She doesn't exhibit any pain or difficulty eating, her appetite is fine and she drinks a lot. My cats eat purina naturals, with wet food here and there. She eats the same wether its a dry meal or not. In addition to this, yesterday I noticed her right eye had a cloudy film over it. I had noticed because when I turned the lights on, her right eye glowed green while the other did not. The cloudiness seems like comes and goes, though never going away entirely. It doesn't become severely cloudy, but enough to notice as she's walking up to me that one eye isn't as clear as the other, and when it lessens it just looks like the eye is blurry around the edges. She doesn't seem bothered by her eye either. I notice her rub it, but during her normal grooming routine. She otherwise has no other issues, such as sneezing or unusual discharge. The only change in behavior she has had is that she did not sleep in her regular spot in my room last night, but rather on the back of the couch. Her older brothers are both well and she's had no trouble keeping up with their antics.
She has a vet appointment coming up on the 18th, but I'm concerned about her eye and if I should take her in sooner. I lost one of my babies very quickly around this time last year and I've been pretty paranoid ever since.

I'm sorry no one has answered your question before now - usually,  it doesn't take this long to get a reply.
I think you should try to get an earlier vet appointment.    A cloudy eye can be a symptom of a corneal ulcer and it should be treated as soon as possible.  As for the crooked teeth, cats are excellent at hiding pain and Nugget might be eating normally even if one of the teeth is digging into her gum.

As an alternative, if you have an established relationship with a vet, you could also email your photos to them.  The photos are very good and show the problems clearly.   The vet could then tell you if you need to bring Nugget in sooner.

Bless you, for taking this little girl in.  It makes me angry just to think of a three-week-old kitten being dumped.  Bless you, also, for looking out for the rest of the cats up there.  It's wonderful for both patients and cats to be able to interact.

You have very good pictures of your cat's eye issue. I'm posting to bump your thread up towards the top of the forum

I have never seen this in any of my cats, but there are many members with years of experience
