Wounded cat

My cat got in a fight and got a wound a little over a month ago. We took him to the vet and they had us use antibiotics for a couple weeks. its been more than a month and its not as bright red anymore but the wound still looks very open. Any idea what is going on and should i be worried?

I would take her back in.  It is true that it is best to let these wounds heal on their own, kind of from the inside out but after more than a month I would think there would be more healing.  She may need some type  of surgery done.

I agree with Denice. It looks really raw still for being a month old. I think it should've healed a bit more by now.
