Earlier I have posted that my cat is pregnant and very ill, she refused to eat for the past three days although I took her to the vet and gave her the right medicines she didn't get better and today she gave birth to her kids 20days earlier. They all died and I'm afraid she won't make it too she looks extremely tired and still refuse to eat, please help.

I understand she is tired and exhausted. It may end badly.  BUT in a way, its also a comfort.   Earlier she was very ill, AND pregnant.   Now she is "just" very ill...

The same advice as earlier: try to get into her somehting nourishing. Goats milk or kmr, or almost anything you can manage or entice her.

Honey + salt water.

Forcefeed if necessary!  Use a needleless syringe or a dropper, in the corner of the mouth, dropwise so she manages to swallow even if weak...

Be sure she is warm - the sick ones has often difficult to keep up temperature, so some form of heating pad is almost surely necessary.

Are you hand-feeding the kittens with kitten formula and a tiny, needleless syringe? They will die if not fed every hour around the clock. They will need 1/2-1 mL each hour, given drop by drop in the side of the mouth. Are they tiny but fully furred?

Are you still giving the mom her medicine? What medicine is it? I think mom is not staying with her kittens because she is not feeling well. Does your cat have pyometra?

Yes, you can fight on for the surviving kittens, along the lines Sarthus skissed up...   They are weak and its a fight uphill, but as thdy didnt died shortly at tt the birth, they can be saved with a little luck, much fight, and help from God.

Apparently momma wasnt 20 days from the coming delivery, she cant been more than a week, probably even less.

Much job for you to do, but if you fight viforously enough, you can save all of them.

For the little ones, its good if you can have higher humididty in the room, prematures has usually weak lungs.  Be sureh they are warm, so you will need some sort of heating pads for them.  If you can get IR heating lamps, they are good.  Ideally such as for raising newly hatched chickens, but almost any will do.  For rheumatic people, for warming up  terraries....   Why this is better than a common heating pad?  When you  hand feed the prematures, or stimulate them to pee and poo, they are away from their pad.  Even if they are somewhat heated up by your hands, they will tend to chill down...   With an IR-lamp warming up, they are warmed the whole time...

You can also carry them at your chest.

Raw goats milk is excellent for such weak premmies...  But if yoou cant get it, use kmr or bottled / powdered goats milk.  The same as for momma.
