One of my ex-feral cats ,has one nostril blocked, plugged

Other than that, she seems healthy, happy.Eats and runs around.

She has a tendency towards allergies .

both cats will not allow medical attention and just run off if you try to get near them.

We are waiting for a sedative from the vet, which we will try to administer and then give attention.

If you have any suggestions,we would love to hear them

Hi guys, have you tried hiding allergy meds in the food?
Maybe inside a little piece of a pill pocket as a treat?
How much depends on their weight. Back when I had Angel, the vet said I could give 1/2 of a generic Clariton, or Zyrtech.
That was based on a 14-15 lb cat. Neither made him drowsey, so would be OK, since they are outside. I wouldn't do Benadryl because they would be drowsey, & not be alert enough for outside.
Good luck, & bless you for looking after them.

Aside from having allergies to pollens, does your cat have food allergies also? I'm asking because my previous cat had a big problem with outdoor allergies and she wound up having food allergies as well. Sensitive is sensitive and you might consider looking for a brand of food that is designed for cats with allergies. Chloe, my former cat, was always very itchy especially in the summer. But I believe a lot of the food choices I leaned on for her were also causing some of the skin irritation. You said your cat has a blocked nasal passage and didn't really say anything about the skin or coat , but if you notice any irritation there are a lot of food brands out there designed specifically for just that.

just a suggestion!
