Actually they are both very loving...in fact Duchess is usually always by my side...like I said she is my ESA and she takes her job very serious...I'm not joking...she actually adopted us... she was mostly feral but I believe she had an owner at one point because she behaved likke she had been abused...it has been an awesome journey watching her grow...but I believe God sent her to me and I believe he told her little spirit that I would take care of her but her job was to take care of me...because she automatically stepped into her role...even before we had her declared as my ESA...

Aww, that is so cute.
Even though I've had Cleopatra since she was a kitten, she took a good while to warm up to me.
She is my best buddy now though.

I was going to post pictures of Duchess always by my side but then I realized...they are both usually always by my side...my husband and I have a running joke that they don't let me out of their site...if I go to bathroom they are there...if I go to the bedroom they too come...they are both a little jealous of eachit her so if one is sitting by me so is the other....I wouldn't change it for the world....I do not have kids of my own...except these two as they ate my furbabies

That Lady that Had the Garage apartment, I am waiting for her to get back to me.
I wrote her last night, cause I saw 2 oil and gas pick up trucks blocking the alley where the Garage apartment is.
I still wanted to see it, and asked her if she rented it for now, and how long she thought the workers would be in there, but I'm not getting an answer.
I don't know If she don;t want to bother now, since she rented it for now.
That's how people are sometimes, They get there money, and they don't care about people.
Its rude not to answer.
My current landlord is rude like that.
I did work here, and paid for materials, and texted him and showed him pictures, of what I had done(Re-Glued the shower surround down, and caulked the bath tub)
And he was so Damn Rude, he never even wrote and said Thank you Anthony.
I'll tell you what, he does not deserve to have me as a tenant.
I am very up-set today.

I will pray for you to find a place...I hear what you are saying about people but let me encourage you with this...you cannot control what others say or do...you can only control you...try not to let it upset you...God sees all the hard work you did and that's what's most important...don't give up...have patience and carry alot of grace and mercy with you...and the next time someone is rude...say a prayer to God and release those folks to him...that way you are not carrying an unnecessary burden around...focus on your health and how to optimize it...and focus on your furbaby...allow her to do her job when you get upset...after all that's what ESA'S are for...

Yeah, she finally wrote back about 8:00 tonight.
I had asked her how long they were going to rent it,
She said "She didn't know" I guess it wasn't important to her.
I told her I was looking to move for the last time, But I
guess it wasn't important to her, as long as shes getting her money now.

Sorry you're still having trouble finding a suitable place to move to @mrbreezeet1  Is it really expensive to buy a place where you are? Over here mortgage repayments are usually cheaper than rent.

It sounds like you're pretty handy. Maybe you could get a cheap fixer-upper and make it into a nice home.

the prices vary, no, there is probably something cheap, there is a nice house right up the street that has been forclosed on, with a great big detached garage, this guy was there taking pictures, I think the girl that had it, just sort of abandoned  it.  The guy said if you know any one, you can usually get a foreclosure cheap.
But the trouble is Im on SS disability and did not have a very lucrative career,  so I am only getting about 13,000 a year, non taxable.
I know, I might be able to afford it, but I have no Idea who owns it, or how to go about it. My landlord is a realtor, but I don't trust him. He is only looking out for himself. Before I got sick, he was supposed to be "helping" me find a house,
 But was doing nothing. Every house I told him about, He said the "loan officer (his friend) wouldn't touch it"
It wasn't enough money. I would love to have that house, But have no Idea, again, who owns it, and how to go about it.
I was working (before I had to quit working) with this company that grants you money for a down payment, to first time buyers,
and I asked the loan officer (the one he was in coots with) how long the deal with take, cause of the possible grant, and was told "Not to worry about it, I might not even need a down payment" (sure, so they could finance more)
what does she think I am, stupid? If I can get $10,000.00 Im gonna get $10,000.00!
so I don't know any one. The landlord said I was " asking questions I did not need to worry about"
see why I don't trust him? he had lied to me and tried to B/S me several times while renting off him too.

Thank You, he would not give it to me yesterday, But He said he would write it when I needed it.
So I said, Well, I can tell a owner "I have the letter" He said Yes.
I have been "fishing" a little, and e mailed a few people and told them I had the letter.
a few said it was OK, and, yes, they were aware of the legislation, and a few still said "sorry No pets"
 

so I guess a day at a time.
I am still waiting for HUD. but I got my CPAP machine, but I'm having trouble with it, and feel lousy.

and I am worried about moving all my tools, and worried about saving money for 1st month, and deposit.
Unless it will come together, at the time I get my HUD, and they will Pay for the 1st month rent.
I don't know if they do or not. Plus finding good people to help me move.
I really don't have any friends. Just a few fair weather ones.
 

I thought Cleopatra was a good name for her.
This one guy was laughfing and said where did I come up with Cleopatra?
I thought it was a fitting name.
She acts like a queen.
She has been a very good cat these days.

Oh thank you! I'm on disability, (think I did say) so I'm eligible  for HUD waiting for my approval. (It takes a while)
Then I need to find a place for The Cat and My tools and I, worked all my life but got sick, no sort of a limited Income, so I may as well use the help if I can get it.
she is cute too, what else she does, If she is crying to go downstairs, I tell her NO! it's bedtime, and she goes in the bedroom!
