I personally feel that an indoor cat doesn't need a Feline Leukemia vaccination.  It can only be transferred by fluids from a cat that is infected.  I assume your kitty was checked for FeLV/FIV as a small kitten so a second test is a good precaution.  A small kitten could have one of them and test negative, then when they are older they will test positive.

I personally do  not regularly deworm my indoor only cats.  They  were dewormed when they were kittens and haven't been dewormed or checked for worms since.  Some people still do but I don't.

I would say if he is healthy then he can wait until July.

I ALWAYS get my kitties their full round of kitten shots and their first rabies shot.  So if these are to complete the initial shots, then yes you need to get them. After that, they get check ups, but no annual shots.

The testing for fiv/felV is most important and should definitely be done
The fecal test is also important and should be done. ( this will not cause your cat any stress, you just scoop the poop from his box and bring it in.)
The leukemia vaccine is at your own discretion. If he is indoors only, and you don't typically bring strays into your home then it's not going to be something he routinely needs. It would be a good idea for him to have it as a kitten to give him the initial immunity for it, and then discontinue it when he's an adult. They are more vulnerable to this disease when they are young, that is probably why they are reccomending it .
