Can you put honey on 3's gums and give it a few drops of KMR? It may need a little help to bring up its blood sugar.

Omg! 5!!! Sounds like it was great that you were there. Have you gotten any weights? Curious if your vet gave you any clues as to how many she would have?

No weights waiting to see if rescue will provide scale to weigh everyone. Matilda also hasn't been to the vet sense getting her shots so no one knew how many she was going to have. Everyone has nursed, 1 & 2 are definitely gonna be the bigger ones. 3&5 look like they are gonna be the small ones. Momma is eating now and has been offered water in her nest. I have everything close to her so if she needs something she doesn't have to go far.
Is it true that almost all torties are girls?

How is Momma and kittens doing? My foster that just had her kittens had 5, then 4 hours later had her 6th- it was stillborn, but it was a surprise!

They looked great this morning! 3 has a hard time staying on a higher nipple but can't get to the bottom ones because of his fat sisters lol so we help him get a good grip about every two hours. He is a little slower than everyone else but definitely not to bad and he isn't the runt so we will keep a close eye on him.

Matilda with all her kittens [emoji]10084[/emoji]
I couldn't wait to come home today and make sure everyone was okay. My mom was watching them and checking in on them but it's not the same lol

Two kittens fight over the same nipple all the time how can I get on to take to a empty nipple?

Do you have a scale to weigh them? They are inexpensive at Walmart.

I'm really stuck right now with what to do with Matilda and my want to foster other pregnant cats to help more kittens get the correct start in life. I have no space for another cat and originally when Matilda showed up she wasn't going to be an inside cat. I could allow Matilda so start going out during the day (once she is fixed, if this is an option we chooses) and only coming in at night allowing more room for me to foster another momma, but I'm thinking that would be to unfair to her. She has been inside for over 3 months now, I'm sure she would think I'm abandoning her.
Then there is always the other option to find her a home so I can help others. But I'm not sure I could do that to my girl. :/
After going through this experience it's really allowed a huge wake up call for me, there are tons and tons of unwanted kittens and I really want to do my part to help. So here is just my little vent about not having enough space lol

I think you should definitely keep Matilda. She deserves a caring home as much as her kittens and any other cats do. She should come first.

For now, you need to get the kittens you have raised, and get everyone spayed or neutered, and make sure the kittens go to good homes.

Kittens are a lot of work, time, and money. See how you feel about everything when you get a little further down the road. [emoji]128522[/emoji]
