Waltham wet food?

I have a friend who's spouse is a vet tech. He was boasting that they only feed their cats Waltham wet food that is supposedly this wonderful food. I saw the ingredients and it looks like by-product heaven. I can't figure out whey they think this food is so great.

Does anyone know anything about it?

I guess it would depend on weather or not you are trying to feed an all natural diet or not. Waltham is along the same line as most high end pet foods. The first few ingredients are meat products, which is what I look for in a food.

It's not great if it's filled with by-products.
