Please don't even consider getting rid of her.

You need to take her to the vet and have her checked for a UTI (urinary tract infection).  That really is the first step as if that's the issue she'll be quite miserable and random peeing is one of the things that happens.

Here's an article on all the things associated with random peeing:

I agree with Mani that she needs to be vet checked for a urinary infection.  Get rid of the cardboard scratchers if she's drawn to peeing on them, and scrub the area underneath and around the boards with vinegar or another enzyme cleaner.  Get her an upright, sisal rope, scratching post instead.

Is her litter tray big enough?  Have you changed the type of litter?  Do you have more than one litter tray?

Brian sometimes peed in the bath, which I didn't actually mind, as I just showered it round and poured cheap disinfectant down the plughole every now and then.  He didn't have a urinary infection.  I just think that as a very large cat, his tray wasn't big enough and he liked to pee standing up.  In his tray this resulted in him peeing over the edge and up the wall.  He was a very polite cat and I don't think he liked to be a nuisance to me.  So peeing in the bath seemed sensible to him.

Good point - and especially if she's a larger cat.  I keep a couple of the 17 inch by 22 inch pans in the mix of litterboxes, and my two jumbo sized cats seem to use them exclusively.  Sometimes size really does matter.
