I've emailed Anne about this since Apple support assures me the problem is with the site & not my iPad Air.

Today for the first time ever & only on this website my pages are shrinking. The page opens up normal size & then shrinks to the left-hand side of the screen leaving the right-hand side of the screen blank. I then have to tap twice on the screen to make it full-size again. This has happened a million times today & is so annoying.

Anyone else ever had this problem?

Methinks that Apple support is full of iPad Hot Air; this is almost assuredly an internal problem - not a problem with the site.

YES!!!  And only when I'm on my IPad; my laptop is fine.  I thought it was my connection.

Sorry about that
 It certainly sounds frustrating.

Can those of you experiencing this please let me know what iPad you're using and what ios version? I've tried testing with an online emulator and the site looked ok but maybe I wasn't using the exact version. Once I know the versions I can pass this along to our tech support department.

Thank you for your patience!

These are the settings on the emulator. I just need to know how to set them up to get what you're seeing -

I surf 100% from me iPhone 6+ and iPad Air and everything's normal without shrinking as mentioned. IOS is up to date 10.2.1

Are you using the mobile or desktop version of the site? I use the desktop version with no issues.

Scroll down to the bottom of any page and you'll see this -

The darker is the "pushed in" button. In this case, I took the screenshot on my desktop.

Never noticed that before. I use desktop. Anne, problem still exists & is worse than ever. Apple can't help so looks like I have to live with it. No other website does this.

Have you cleared out the cache on your IPad? It looks like you and I are using the same version and I'm not having issues.

A million times. Changed my browser. Deleted the app. Nothing changes the problem.

When you say deleted the app, what app did you delete? Are you somehow accessing TCS through an app?

Yes, through the TCS app. Doesn't everyone do that? BTW, even if I access the site without using the app, I still have the problem. And I don't have to be online to have the problem.

Now I'm really confused. :lol3:

To the best of my knowledge, TCS does not have an app. I just searched the Apple app store and did not find one. I get to the site by typing www.thecatsite.com in Safari.

How can you be on TCS without being online?

Now you're confusing me! You don't have to go to an App Store to find an app. You just click on the mail, etc. symbol & it gives you the option of saving an app to your home screen.

When I said offline I meant when I am not logged in. Sorry, that was confusing.

You're not the only one who is confused. I have an iPad and I've never seen an option to save an app to the home screen. The only way I can get an app is through the Apple Store. Can you take a screen shot on your iPad and post it here?

It sounds like you're saving a shortcut to the website, but not an app.
