Definitely take him to the ward if you can afford it.  He needs someone to keep an eye on him throughout the day.  I wouldn't advise leaving him on his own all day.  He needs to remain on his drip.

The problem in Malaysia is that we dont have 24h hospital care. unless its University  and there another one in city which cost you double from normal clinics. i do not recommend to ward him unless really necessary.

the drip can be done one daily basis until he can eat by himself.. try to feed him with soft wetfood like a/d.

Hey guys. Ive got some news.
So this evening I stopped his drips as it is to be continued tomorow.

I fed him with a syringe as usual.
Then gave him time to rest.

After another two hours or so it was meal time.
So i took out some tuna and managed to tempt him.
He ate around 2/3 spoons full.
Thank God.

He started walking around while peeing around. All over.
Then i put his litter box in place and managed to get him to use it once properly.

I wiped him as he is wet.
He started grooming slowly i noticed.
Which hopefully is a good sign.

Later on i gave him his meds but then now i noticed he's back quiet again. And stopped moving around.

Any ideas guys?
I know he is recovering slowly though.

Thanks. Ya. I found daily ward. Costing rm 15/day charges. But he seems a bit better now. So i will try to look after him myself.

He keeps peeing on himself and i dont know why.
When i feed him, he pees.
When i lift him, he pees.

What causes him to pee out of control??

It might be that he has chronic kidney disease or feline diabetes.  Both can be treated but are very serious, life-long conditions.  If it were just the peeing alone, I would suggest a urinary tract infection but Tiger has so many other serious symptoms that I doubt it is that.

Keep up your good care of him

How's the patient?  :cat:
Hey.

So I woke up this morning and found him beside the litter box.
He looked hungry so I took out some tuna, wonderful cause he finished an entire 85g packet by himself.

He's still kinda dehydrated. From his skin retraction. But i dnt expect him to recover fast.
He meows loudly now. Thats for sure. Doesnt move around much tho. Stays near the litter area.
Havent caught him peeing himself yet.
I noticed he is dry as he grooms now.

I called up my vet and vet told me to keep encouraging him to eat and drink if I cant put the drip back on him.
I will fnish up his daily meds and antibiotics.
He looks good to be honest. Much better than yesterday.

Just waiting for him to move around more so I can see if he is still peeing himself.
Doc said if he's still peeing himseld could be a bladder issue.

Will wait a day or two and monitor him closely.

Thank you for ur concern and help. He's definitely doing better.
Am proud of him for making through.
