So I had a Seresto flea collar on my cat and he was scratching because of it. I've since taken it off. He doesn't have fleas. It was more of a preventative thing. I've since taken it off ( it was on him for two days). He scratched a bit of fur off his face. And I noticed today he's missing a bit of fur around what looks like one of his left nipples. Does it look normal/okay? It doesn't look like flea dirt to me. I don't have a ton of money right now as I'm working maybe 10 hours a week max and I'm in nursing school, living with my folks. I'll be digging into my savings to get him Revolution.
He's an indoor cat. The home I share with my folks is extremely clean. It's been unusually warm outside (Midwest USA), and I have taken him out on the porch with his harness. Maybe I'm just fussing over him too much. Haha

Normal no worries
It's always good to ask when unsure.  I met an older fellow with

cat he said back in the day he had no idea male cat's had nipples until he tried to tweeze one

Great career plan best of Luck!

*flea collars are actually called poison collars :eek:/  in the future in flea season, please consider

topical flea medication it's the best safest to use.

One of my males has one nipple that doesn't have much fur around it, and it's always been that way, plus it's always felt "rough", nothing like the others.  His Vet said that's just "him".  He's now 8 years old and nothing has ever changed.

I'd say with your guy, it's possible his nipple has always looked like this and you've just never noticed.  (I's guessing you're talking about those little specks on it?)  I'd just keep an eye out and see if they change, ow that you have a picture.  If the texture or specks or anything changes, then take action.
