for the past three months our Burmese, Kit, has been giving my daughter wet sloppy kisses. She's been showing off that Kit hasn't kissed me yet. Well, now he has, he was standing on me at the time, ready to turn round and lie down, when he reached up and gave me a soggy kiss. So I'm finally accepted by Himself as the other owner.
The Burmese cat site says they are incredibly affectionate and they are! He definitely is. He works hard to get me to get up in the morning for breakfast, but the moment I get out of bed, he's in it, purring like a steam engine. He's always first to greet me when I come home from work, the first to eat, the first to get under our feet... but who would be without such a loving cat?
