HELP, can i use crystaderm on my kitten???

My wee 8 week old kitten has scratched through his skin and started bleeding, i only have crystaderm cream but I've never used it on an animal before, is it safe to use??

No, don't use that on a cat. Many Human OTC first aid ointments are not safe to use on cats. Can you call the vet and ask for advice on what to use, if anything? The skin itching could be from fleas or other parasites so the vet may want to do an exam and prescribe treatment.

It's the middle of the night for me so there's not really a vet i can call

Also his fur was rubbed off by an ID tag that was around his neck when i got him and he's up to date with his flea treatments etc
