First, cow's milk is inappropriate for kittens and cats. It contains lactose, which cats cannot digest. Do you have access to goat's milk? Goat's milk is very good for kittens.

You can add 2-3 drops of olive oil to the goat's milk. The oil will help soften the poop.

You also need to stimulate the kitten's genitals with a warm, damp cloth to help it go pee and poop.

Are infant glycerin suppositories available? If so, shave off a tiny piece and insert it. This will bring on a poop in a few minutes.

Can you please post a picture of the kitten so we can see its age?

As said, goats milk is excellent. Raw is best, but processed in bottles, cartoons or powdered should be OK.  Use full fat (about 3%) if there are several brands to choose.

We dont recommend cow milk, but if you have raw cow milk, its probably less inappropriate than homogonized and processed cow milk.

Full fat mild youghurt should be OK.   You can add one raw egg yolk (egg  yellow) with this youghurt.  Perhaps also a trifle dextrose sugar or hoeny and a tiny trifle of kitchen salt...  If so, you should have a decent emergency kitten food.

If there is problems with salomonella in eggs in your place, you must boil this egg, and crush this yellow into the youghurt.

As said above,  a couple of drops of some suitable oil with the food helps with constipation.   Cocoa oil, canola oil, or olive oild are best, but almost any food oils should work.  If there are several brands to choose among, take a coldpressed organic style.

What bothers me, is the kitten isnt even peeing...   I wonder if you elimination techique isnt sufficient??   DO you help her with elimination?

If you do, and still nothing,  she is probably dehydrated.   Be sure she gets enough with fluids.

Have a little dextrose sugar (for example honey) with the water.    Dextrose sugar gives quick energy, and doesnt even need to be digested - it goes directly into the blood...

She isnt tiny any more, so its not THAT necessary with body warm. But still, better not freedger cold.   As said, add a little honey and some  liiitle salt into the youghurt.  If you warm up honey, it becomes more liquid, and easier to mix i.

Ah, so she is peeing?   Good we know she can. Still, she is probably somewhat dehydrated...  Be sure you give more fluids.

She sounds dehydrated. Add water to the egg yolk and yogurt mixture so that it has a more liquid consistency. The pee should be clear not yellow.

Make sure teh washcloth is WARM when stimulating, her genitals, and wet, it needs to feel like a mother's tongue.  I get my goats milk in teh milk section at Walmart. They have kitten replacement milk in the cat section too, next to the flea treatments. It seems a little pricey, but isn't because it lasts a long time. Best of luck, keep us posted!

This member lives on the island nation of Mauritius, off the coast of East Africa. She has no Walmart there, so we've advised a homemade solution. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

How much are you feeding her total?

Please post a photo. It's impossible to advise without a posisble age.

Its normally early to begin and feed more of real food, but you can try...  Minced meat is common in Sweden for young kittens.  Do not use raw pork (not swine meat).

Or try a mixed up meat...

You can also try  with some meaty soup...

And as said, let us see a couple of pics.  Its easier to get the age.  Also, we do like to see pics.   I for myself, I have never seen a cat from Mauritius!

Ears are well developed, so the kitten is 3-4 weeks, ie more than barely 3 weeks.  Probably not 5 yet.  Tummy is rather big, possibly because of worms...   If you can get some mild dewormer, Milbomax should be ideal.  Pyrantel poaomate is good, but takes only roundworms.

The age means also, you can try with well prepared kitten food, as skissed above in earlier post.

The pattern is classic tabby, or bulls eye tabby as some says.
