First time Kneading me

Hi had my Calico cat Callie for 10 months ,she is going on 2 years old .

This evening she jumped up on me and gave me some head bumps then she started Kneading me ,first time she has done that .

I wonder why she has started now?.

Well she does like books ,she has got behind the books in the bookcase a couple of times ,don't know why .
